The Double Wide Cottage is our biggest model. You have to step inside to really appreciate all the room! Built in two sections, we put them together on your site. The sky is the limit on what you can do with this one!

Walls: 2x4 studs spaced 16" o.c. with OSB sheeting and log siding

Roof: trusses are made from 2x4s spaced 24" o.c. with hurricane ties and metal plates for reinforcement. Metal roof.
