Floors: 4x4 runners with 2x4 floor joists spaced 16" on center. Our 3/4" smart floor makes a strong and sturdy base.

Walls: 2x4 studs spaced 16" o.c. with OSB sheeting and log siding

Roof: trusses are made from 2x4s spaced 24" o.c. with hurricane ties and metal plates for reinforcement. Your choice of a metal or a shingle roof.
